Set Up Your SpiceRouter
Follow these steps to turn your GL-iNet Flint 2 into a fully managed SpiceRouter.
Plug in your router
Connect the Flint 2's WAN port (blue) to your modem or existing internet connection using an ethernet cable. Then plug in the power adapter.
Connect to the router's WiFi
On your phone or laptop, connect to the WiFi network starting with GL-MT6000. The password is printed on the label on the bottom of your router.
Open the router admin panel
In your browser, go to 192.168.8.1. Complete the initial GL-iNet setup if prompted (set an admin password). Then navigate to System → Advanced → Terminal.
Install SpiceRouter
In the terminal, paste this command and press Enter:
curl -sf https://api.spicerouter.com/device/bootstrap | shThis takes about 10 seconds. You'll see "SpiceRouter installed successfully" when it's done.
Sign in and pair your device
Within 60 seconds, your router will appear in the SpiceRouter dashboard. Sign in and go to Settings → My Device to pair it to your account using the pairing code.
